project was opened in Shorouk City under the name
“Smart House” and it managed to establish the name
of our company in the Egyptian Real-estate Market
and it has proven successful in winning the clients’
trust. It was subsequently extended in projects. And
built its projects in (New Cairo – Zahraa’ Elmaadi –
New Heliopolis – Elmokattam – Nasr City )On the
Commercial Side; Smart Group has been built the
biggest (Medical, Administrative, Commercial) Centers
in (Nasr City – New Cairo – Shorouk City -)To become
the biggest leading companies in real-estate development Which led to the establishment of “Smart
Group “ to include more than one company under the
common umbrella of the Mother Company.
